for HarlowCandidates have been selected for the Essex County Council seats in the Harlow constituency:
Irene Lee is our candidate in this division, which includes
Great Parndon, Katherines and Sumners and Kingsmoor. 
Irene works for Motability and lives in Carters Mead.
Irene's priorities are
Stan Ward will take on this division, which includes Little
Parndon, Hare Street and Town Centre and Passmores. 
Stan lives in Upper Stoneyfield and is a semi-retired bus driver.
Stan has petitioned Harlow Council for a residents parking scheme in Hare Street Springs.
Stan's priorities are
Lorna Spenceley is our candidate for this seat, which includes
Potter Street and Church Langley, Latton Bush and Stewards, where
we have two district councillors. 
Lorna lives in Spring Hills and is a self-employed administrator.
Lorna Spenceley is well known as the Liberal Democrat leader on Harlow Council.
Lorna's priorities are
Gareth Higgins, 21,
is our youngest candidate, in a division which covers Old Harlow
and Mark Hall. Gareth lives in Guilfords in Old Harlow.
Gareth Higgins is a civil servant whose interests include personal
fitness.
He lives in Old Harlow and went to school at Mark Hall.
Gareth's priorities are
Shiela Herbert is our candidate in this division, which includes
Netteswell East and West, Tye Green and Brays Grove. Shiela lives
in Broadfield and is a retired teacher. 
Shiela's interests include walking, local history and voluntary work.
Shiela's priorities are
Colin Bagnall is our candidate in this division, which includes Roydon and Nazeing.
Colin lives in Roydon and is an architect.
Doug Kelly from Ongar is the candidate in this seat, which
includes Sheering.
The rest of the Ongar division is in the Brentwood & Ongar
constituency.
