Lorna meets Paddy
Lorna Spenceley, the Liberal Democrat Group Leader on Harlow
District Council, discussing our Party's new policy briefing,
Priorities for Britain, Making the Difference, with
Paddy Ashdown shortly before the General Election.
Lorna has lived in Harlow for 15 years and was first elected
to Harlow District Council in 1991. She was the Liberal Democrat
candidate for Harlow in the 1992 and 1997 General Elections.
Lorna has been a school governor for 7 years, and has two
children in local schools. She is a self employed administrator
and also works on an occasional basis for a national special
educational needs charity.
