Consultation on new Traffic Regulation Orders

Residents in parts of Harlow are to be consulted on new proposals for traffic regulation orders affecting their streets and estates. Harlow Council has agreed to ask residents for their views on 'at any time waiting restrictions' orders for
  • the entrances to Moorfield

  • Longbanks entrance to estate

  • parts of Parnall Road

  • part of Perry Road

  • Spinning Wheel Mead

  • the entrance to Berecroft from Commonside Road

  • Minchen Road

  • Wrights Court
Public consultation will also take place on the introduction of a residents parking permit scheme in The Hornbeams, and pay and display for the ten existing parking bays at Harlow Station. The results will be reported to a future meeting of the Environment & Community Committee, who will then decide whether or not to proceed to the statutory consultation phase.
