Monday, February 18, 2008Courts uphold Bush Fair licence decision
Harlow Council's decision to take away the premises licence from Bush Fair Food Centre has been backed by local magistrates, Cllr Linda Pailing reports. The store's appeal was heard at Harlow Magistrates' Court on 1 February, with the decision given on 6 February. Linda says:
"It's good to see the Council's firm approach on underage sales being backed up by the courts." |
