At the invitation of the chairman, I join the committee of Moorfield Residents' Association in the staff room at St James' School for its regular meeting. Once again, the main topic for discussion is the hoped-for one way traffic system for Moorfield. Revised drawings have been produced by Essex County Council's highways engineers, and the committee agrees how it wishes to progress with consulting residents on the proposals.
