Harlow Council's planning committee has granted permission for change of use of 7 Cecil Court in Pegrams Road to become an Italian food preparation and delivery service.

For the first time, the committee has applied a new planning condition to this application which gives greater powers to council enforcement officers to stop customers collecting their food orders from the premises.
