Councillor Su Lawton is at the Chinese Centre again with Harlow Council's housing committee vice chairman Cllr Lesley Rideout and Harlow Council staff, to discuss the improvements to council houses in Barleycroft and Lower Meadow. This afternoon session is busier than the previous day's evening one; most tenants are very pleased with what's been done so far.
