The new planning application for Parnall House, the former builders' merchants' building on Parnall Road, is likely to be considered by Harlow Council's planning committee on Tuesday 12 December. The new application is for an extra nine residential units compared to the existing planning permission, plus a rearrangement of disabled parking. The reference number for the new application is HW/PL/06/00361 and more than one objection has already been received.
