Moat Homes Ltd is looking for residents to help monitor estate services. Nicola and Ray would also like to hear from Moat residents with ideas for a community event or project.

A member of Essex County Council highways staff has recently met with drainage crews on site at Berecroft, and has agreed that contractors will be instructed to go on site and clean out all the drainage channels. The start date for this work has not yet been agreed.

In the New Year a meeting will take place with Circle Anglia to resolve issues of responsibility for drainage on the estate.
